　　浙江高成绿能科技有限公司由浙江中山化工集团股份有限公司于2006年创立，注册资金约2105万元，是浙江省一家集新能源产品的研发、生产、销售和服务于一体、专业从事便携式质子交换膜燃料电池研发的军民融合性企业。公司位于浙江省湖州市长兴县国家级经济技术开发区，拥有一支高学历、高素质、专业化、年轻化的企业团队，具有较强的产品开发能力。公司于2009年5月成立了浙江高成绿能科技有限公司燃料电池研发中心，并制定了研究开发的组织管理制度，建立研发投入核算体系。研发中心拥有充实的技术力量，现有专职的科技人员60余人，拥有齐全的检验测试设备。公司分别与清华大学、上海大学、同济大学等建立了合作科研关系，合作开发了多种产品，取得了较好的效果。
